Order status updates can be checked & viewed by logging into your account link at the top of most pages of our store. You will find your most recent and past order history listed. Select on any active order to view its current status.
When customers place an item in their shopping cart and proceed to checkout. During the final checkout phase, the shipping cost is automatically applied to the order. The shipping cost can vary depending on item, but typically estimated cost range is from $5 to $30 on standard USPS flat rate to UPS Ground & FedEx Ground delivery.
If in case an out-of-stock item that is ordered but unable to be wait upon, or you simply choose you don't want an item anymore, you can delete items from your order account page in the Order section of your “My Account”. Deleting all items in an order will cancel the entire order.
However, if your order has already shipped out then it cannot be altered. In case for item return, you may refuse the package on delivery or immediately contact Us through email for return instructions.
An order can be tracked by logging into your account link, at the top of most pages of our store. Once login, you will select the “View order” to view your invoice along with your package tracking information. Active orders can easily be tracked by selecting “Track your order” to view real-time delivery tracking.
Contact us immediately, followed by use of “Return Form” that accompanied your merchandise shipment. We often provide a pre-addressed shipping label for your convenience. Upon approval, complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being exchanged or returned & reason(s). Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice. We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item. It generally takes about 3-10 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. When it is received, you will get an email confirmation from us.
Item quantities can easily be changed by going into “Shopping Cart” & update the quantity by typing in the total number of that item you wish to have in your cart.
At any time before completing an order checkout, item(s) can be fully removed from cart. Simply go into your Cart or click on update shopping cart during checkout and select on “remove” to remove the specific number of item you wish.
Most processed and shipped orders have an average estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. If however it’s been over 3-4 weeks since you made the order, you can always check the status of that order by logging into your account. If you need additional assistance, contact Nikastic customer support or use our ‘Contact Us’ email form found on the website to get a quicker response.
Often times, we may separate your shipments into more than one (done without extra charge to you) if item exceeds a certain weight or when our suppliers are located in different parts of the country.
If your item arrived and upon inspection you discover there’s missing parts or pieces, you must contact Nikastic customer support immediately, no more than 72 hours upon delivery.
In such case, most buyers are automatically fully covered under “Nikastic Buyer Protection” from receiving “not as described” or “defective” merchandise.
If item ordered is received defective or “not as described”, you must first contact Nikastic customer support immediately, no more than 72 hours upon delivery. Often times simply following of the manufacture manual or instructions may resolve this issue.
If issue continues unresolved, In such case, most buyers are automatically fully covered under "Nikastic Buyer Protection" from having to replace “not as described” or “defective” merchandise at their own cost.
Nikastic is currently working on implementing a backorder feature to allow customers to place orders for “out of stock” merchandise, until they are replenished and shipped out to the customer once restocked. For the time being, if item is shown as “out of stock” the typical restocking time is between 1 to 3 weeks.
If in any case you simply like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item for a full refund and place a new order at the same time, keep it mind Nikastic Customer Support must be contacted beforehand. This way delivery time for your new exchanged product is not hindered & arrives quickly, while avoiding it going out of stock. Exceptions may apply on certain marked products. Finding a specific product can be done several ways. You can choose to browse through our store selecting through the specific category, then subcategory until you land on the list of those grouped items relating to those fields of search. Another simpler way, you may type in the name, sku UPC, or even partial name of the particular item you are looking for and you be redirected to the result page listing all available items whose search terms fall within your request.
Customers who obtain valid coupon through our many offered deals, can apply the codes during checkout process. An Apply Coupon window will display along with your order during final checkout, you will apply the valid code into the field and submit it with your order. The adjusted discounted price will appear on your grand total and invoice.

Due to occasional occurrence of offensive content being received. It may take 8 through to 48 hours after actual submission before an actual review is listed. This brief interval allows us to filter out any improper submitted comments, thus keeping a clean beneficial exchange within all of Nikastic.com Community.
Before you can post a review, you're required to have an Nikastic.com account, that has successfully been charged for the purchase of a physical or digital item. Free digital downloads don't qualify.
Reviews will display your Nick Name or Real Name, depending on the preference set up in your review.
Here's how to create a review:
1. Visit the product detail page for the item on Nikastic.com.
2. Click the “Reviews” tab button located in the center of product detail page.
3. Login if needed to your Nikastic.com account when prompted.
4. Enter the required information in the "Write your own review" page.
5. For a written review, enter your text in the box field provided.

Who can create customer reviews?
Anyone who has purchased items from Nikastic.com. All we ask is that you follow a few simple rules (see "What's not allowed" below).
Tips for writing a great review:
• Include the "why": The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a product, but also why. Feel free to talk about related products and how this item compares to them.
• Be specific: Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. For video reviews, we recommend that you write a brief introduction.
• Not too short, not too long: The ideal length is 65 to 500 words.
• Be sincere: We welcome your honest opinion about the product--positive or negative. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We believe all helpful information can inform our customers' buying decisions.
• Full disclosure: If you received a free product in exchange for your review, please plainly and openly disclose that you received the product free of charge.
What's not allowed
Nikastic is thrilled to provide this online exchange for our buyers to share their opinions on our items. While we appreciate your time and comments, we reserve the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:
Objectionable material:
• Obscene or distasteful content
• Profanity or spiteful remarks
• Promotion of illegal or immoral conduct
Promotional content:
• Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively
• Sentiments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product)
• Reviews written for any form of compensation other than a free copy of the product. This includes reviews that are a part of a paid publicity package
• Solicitations for helpful votes
Inappropriate content:
• Other people's material
• Phone numbers, postal mailing addresses, and URLs external to
• Foreign Language content (unless there is a clear connection to the product)
Off-topic information:
• Details about availability or alternative ordering and shipping information
• Feedback about typos or inaccuracies in our catalog or product description (instead, use the feedback form at the bottom of the product page).
If you have safety concerns about the product you are reviewing, please report this information to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or contact Nikastic.com directly. Please make sure to include all information about the product (product title, and UPC or manufacturer's SKU) and the details of the incident.

To create a Nikastic ‘Customer’ account, simply click onto “Register” or "Home > My account” link at the top of most pages of our store and select “Register”. Customers will fill out the personal and login information section of the form and then click submit. Upon successful email verification, customers will then instantly have access to placing orders, personal account page, special deals, and submitting product reviews. Customers may also choose to opt-in to our Newsletter program.
To update, modify or remove information in your account, simply login to your account, where you will be directed to your dashboard/account page. There you will find your account information left-hand panel, where you can easily manage by editing and updating it.
Nikastic customers who have lost or forgotten their passwords, can select on the “forgot password” link found on the login page. You will enter your email address and Nikastic will have your password sent directly to your designated email account.
When creating a password, you should avoid passwords that are easy to guess. Your password should have a minimum length of 6 characters, and you should try to mix-in numbers to make the password even stronger by making it harder to guess. Passwords at Nikastic are case sensitive, in other words "CASE-SENSITIVE" and "case-sensitive" will not be the same. Nikastic highly recommends customers keep there passwords confidential. Bear in mind, anyone who knows your password and email address can access your account.
Orders placed on Nikastic.com are usually processed and shipped out within 2-7 business days. Holidays may further delay estimated shipment arrival & should be noted.
At Nikastic.com, all information submitted to us is kept private. We do not Socilit or Sell any of our customer's personal information. Our exceptional secure shopping cart only uses a dual-method cookie to store customer shopping cart information & for promotional customer related-shopping suggestions or recommendations.
